In order to prevent personal information from being damaged, the company backs up the data regularly and use the latest vaccine program to prevent users’ personal information or data from being leaked or damaged and to securely transmit personal information on the network through encrypted communication etc. 

Furthermore, the company uses intrusion prevention system to restrict unauthorized access from the outside, and try to have all possible technical devices to ensure security in the system.

Staff training and minimization of staffs

Endi/Endistudio/Endigaming limit staffs who process the personal information to designated number of staffs, grant a separate password to be renewed regularly for this purpose, and emphasize the compliance with the company’s privacy policy to the staffs via regular training. 

Operation of personal information protection task force

Through an in-house organization, such as personal information protection organization, the company tries the best to resolve and correct the issue by checking if the staff in charge is in compliance with the company’s privacy policy process.
